Philosophy
I want athletes to be able to use the skills they learn on the field in all aspects of their life. Success is measured by the quality of the relationships you create.
Hitting Philosophy
Keep it simple. Trust your eyes. Keep your lower body underneath you and drive down through the inside half of the baseball. The more you stay on the ball the better.
Infield Philosophy
Your feet are the most important thing. Get a good hop. Stay to one side of the ball to have perspective about what the ball is doing. Trust that your eyes and hands will work together. Have a consistent exchange point.
Pitching Philosophy
Force contact within three pitches. Throw strikes. You may give up some hits and maybe even some runs, but you will get your outs.
Outfield Philosophy
When the ball is on the ground keep it in front of you. When it's in the air catch it.
